The rules for using the Clash Esports website, the member portal and buying play time online.
1. Who we are
Clash Esports is a gaming lounge with two branches: Zayed (Sheikh Zayed City) and October (6th of October City). The service is operated by Clash Esports.
By using this website or the member portal you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the online services.
2. Your account
Members log in to the portal with their lounge account, the same username and password used on the lounge PCs.
- You are responsible for keeping your password private and for what happens on your account.
- One account per person. Accounts, balance and time cannot be sold or handed to someone else.
- We may suspend an account that is used to cheat, to abuse other players, or to pay with a card that is not yours.
- Members must be old enough to hold an Egyptian national ID. Younger players register at the branch with a parent.
3. Prices and VAT
All prices are in Egyptian pounds (EGP) and are shown before you pay. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

Prices may change. A change never affects a purchase you already completed.
4. Balance top-ups
You can top up your lounge balance online by card or at the lounge desk. The balance is used at the lounge for play time, food and drinks, at the lounge prices.
- The balance belongs to your account only and is not transferable.
- It is not money in a bank account: it earns no interest and cannot be withdrawn as cash.
- Refunds of unused balance follow the Refund & Cancellation policy.
5. Time packages
You can buy play-time packages online for a zone (for example PC or PlayStation) at a branch. The time is added to your account straight after payment.
- Validity: time packages follow the lounge's current rules shown at the desk and with each package.
- A package can be used only in the zone and branch it was bought for.
- Time that expires is not refunded, unless the law requires it.
6. Payment and security
Card payments are processed by Paymob, a licensed Egyptian payment gateway. You enter your card details on the Paymob payment page. We never see or store your card number, expiry date or security code.
We accept the cards shown on the payment page, such as Visa, Mastercard and Meeza.
7. Using the lounge
Please follow the lounge rules and the staff instructions. Staff may ask a player to leave for cheating, damaging equipment or disturbing others, and no refund is due for time lost this way.
8. Our responsibility
We work to keep the lounge and the portal running, but we cannot promise they will always be available. If a PC or console fails during your session, staff will move you to another one or credit the lost time.
To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Using the service after a change means you accept it.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any dispute that cannot be settled between us is handled under Egyptian law.
