Privacy Policy
What personal data Clash Esports keeps, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
1. Who is responsible
The data controller is Clash Esports (Zayed and October branches). Contact: see the Contact page.
2. What we keep
- Your name and lounge username.
- Your phone number and/or email address.
- Your purchase history: top-ups, time packages, amounts in EGP, dates and payment status.
- Your usage at the lounge (sessions, time used and balance), which our lounge management system records so the service works.
We do not keep your card number, expiry date or security code. Card details go straight to Paymob, our payment gateway; we only receive the result of the payment (paid or not), the amount and a reference.
3. Why we keep it
- To run your account and log you in.
- To add the balance or time you paid for and show your history.
- To find and fix payment problems, and to handle refunds.
- To keep the lounge safe and fair, and to meet legal and tax duties.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell your data and we do not use it for third-party advertising. We share only what is needed with the services that help us run the platform: Paymob (payments), our lounge management system, and our hosting and database providers. We also share data if an Egyptian authority legally requires it.
5. Cookies and local storage
The portal keeps a login token and your language choice in your browser (local storage) so you stay logged in and see the site in your language. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can clear this any time in your browser settings, or by logging out.
6. How long we keep it
We keep your data while your account is active and delete it on request, unless the law requires us to keep it.
7. Your rights
In line with the Egyptian Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 151 of 2020), you may ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Write to us on the Contact page with your username. We may keep what the law requires us to keep, such as invoices.
8. Security
We protect data with access controls and encrypted connections (HTTPS). No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your password private.
9. Children
Members must be old enough to hold an Egyptian national ID; younger players register at the branch with a parent.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
